The Origin of the Integrated Skillset
WebsiteCares.com was founded on the belief that running a business should not require managing a dozen different service providers. Our history is rooted in decades of practical experience spanning digital entrepreneurship, E-commerce operations, and professional IT/marketing support.
The journey began with the founder, Oliver A. Bugarin, operating a proprietary home-based digital business for over two decades (1996 to 2020). This venture provided a fundamental understanding of digital monetization, generating revenue through the sale of digital products and managing proprietary advertising spaces like LinkAds and Article Sponsor Posts. This early experience laid the groundwork for our specialized SEO and proprietary link insertion services today.

Our approach evolved through diverse roles that integrated technical support with marketing and finance:

E-commerce & Financial Acumen: While working in Support and Project Management roles since 2023, the founder gained critical experience managing complex E-commerce and financial operations. This includes creating and updating products and discount coupons, and autonomously processing refunds and disputes within the company’s Stripe account.
